DESCRIPTION: It is an ancestral Japanese therapy that has the purpose of restoring the physical and energetic balance of the human being. Shiatsu means “pressure with the fingers”, although the massage can be applied in various ways: by pressing with the thumbs, with the palm extended, the forearms, elbows, knees and feet, but it is based on relaxation through pressure Minimum muscle to balance the body’s energy and promote the body’s self-healing ability.
