DESCRIPTION: also known as botulinum toxin, it is an aesthetic procedure that eliminates wrinkles through an injection with fine needles that are placed in the facial muscles and releases the botulinum toxin. Prior to the procedure the doctor puts an anesthetic cream.

RECOMMENDATION: try to follow this:

- - Pre-treatment: Avoid alcohol consumption and anti-inflammatories.
  - Post-treatment: during the next four hours you should not: lie down, massage, gesture exaggerating expressions or put anything tight on your head. Nor should you exercise for the next 24 hours.
